All Sales Are Final — Made-to-Order Products All products sold by BoutDatLife Studio — including Embellished Canvas Editions, Fine Art Paper Editions, and apparel — are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. To initiate a claim:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@boutdatlife.studio
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect
• We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
