About the Artist
Michael James is a Creator and fine artist based in Atlanta working in large-scale Jamaican-Dominican American narrative figuration. His paintings draw from Caribbean and Latino heritage, urban environments, and personal narrative — organized across three bodies of work: the Ancestors Chat series, the Rhythm Series, and the Cityscape Series.
