Shipping & Delivery
Every work that leaves BoutDatLife Studio is produced individually, by hand, to order. There is no inventory. There is no warehouse. Each acquisition is treated as the singular event it is — prepared with the same deliberateness that went into making it.
The timelines below reflect that standard. We do not rush what is meant to endure.
Embellished Canvas Editions — Ed. of 15
Each Embellished Canvas Edition is hand-enhanced by Michael James in-studio — the dual-state photoluminescent system applied by the artist’s hand before the work is released. No two are identical. Allow 10–15 business days for production and embellishment, plus transit time to destination.
Every edition is individually inspected, documented, and prepared for white-glove fulfillment prior to shipment. Packaging is engineered to museum transport standards — the work arrives as it left the studio: intact, protected, and ready to be placed.
Fine Art Paper Editions
Ed. of 50 and Ed. of 100 — produced on museum-grade, acid- and lignin-free archival paper engineered for generational permanence. Allow 3–7 business days for production, plus transit time to destination.
Domestic — United States
Standard transit: 3–7 business days following production completion. All works are packaged to institutional standards for safe arrival.
International Collectors
Works ship to collectors worldwide. Transit times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days following production. Import duties, customs assessments, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the receiving collector. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for guidance prior to acquisition.

Shipment Tracking
A tracking reference is issued at the time of dispatch. For any questions regarding the status or handling of your acquisition, contact the studio directly at michael.james@boutdatlife.studio.
Condition Upon Arrival
In the rare event that a work arrives in compromised condition, contact the studio within 7 days of delivery with photographic documentation. A replacement will be arranged at no cost to the collector. The integrity of every acquisition is our responsibility until it is in your hands.
